NORTHMONT HIGH SCHOOL
This project consisted of the construction of two separate buildings. The first is a 100,000 SF PK-1 Early Childhood Learning Center. It is located adjacent to an existing YMCA facility on a new site with multiple courtyards and an outdoor classroom. The other building is a new 270,000 SF 9-12 high school. The new school was constructed on an existing campus designed with modular classrooms and was constructed in four separate phases.

The New West Tower serves as Summa Akron City Hospital’s new main entrance. The tower houses operating rooms, birthing center and NICU and helped shift most of the hospital’s inpatient rooms from shared to private. The renovations focused on the Imaging Department and Surgery support.

This project involved the construction of a new $10.6 million, two-story, 32,000 SF state-of-the-art bioscience educational facility to accommodate 300 students. The scope of work also included development of the 14-acre building site, including all site utilities and paving.
